Participants will explore the foundational principles of the blame-free theory, understand the detrimental effects of a blame-oriented environment, and discover how a culture of psychological safety can transform companies.

  • One (1) x 2-hour dedicated collaboration and planning session with your leadership team or project group (up to 6 people) to apply course concepts to your organisation‘s unique challenges and opportunities (can be conducted virtually or on-site (dependant on location/availability) at a mutually agreed time within 6 months after completion of the foundational course).
  • One (1) x 1-hour personalised 1:1 leadership coaching session for each paid participant, focused on their specific leadership challenges in cultivating a blame-free environment (can be conducted virtually within 6 months after completion of the Foundational course).
