This one-day course provides a comprehensive introduction to establishing and nurturing a blame-free culture within educational settings. Participants will explore the foundational principles, understand the detrimental effects of a blame-oriented environment, and discover how a culture of psychological safety can transform school communities.

- The Power of Psychological Safety: Explore how creating an environment where staff feel safe to speak up about concerns, admit mistakes, and experiment leads to innovation and improved outcomes; including enhanced staff wellbeing and reduced attrition.
- Identifying Blame Traps: Learn to recognise common patterns and language that perpetuate blame and hinder growth within schools.
- Initial Steps to Culture Change: Discover actionable strategies for individual educators and leaders to begin fostering a more positive and productive school environment.

- Duration: 1 full day (course delivery off-site) + 1 bespoke additional session hosted at your work location (either face-to-face or online, dependent on location and availability) + 1 leadership coaching session
- Inclusions:
- Comprehensive course content delivery: 1 x off-site location and 1 x on-site at business location
- Catered morning tea and lunch for initial on-site course
- One (1) physical copy of “The Blame-Free School Culture Revolution: Building High-Trust Teams in Schools through Systemic Change – Eliminate Blame, Strengthen Collaboration, and Drive School and Education System Success” per participant in leadership collaboration sessions (up to 6 people – as per below)
- One (1) x 2-hour dedicated collaboration and planning session with your leadership team or project group (up to 6 people) to apply course concepts to your school’s unique challenges and opportunities (can be conducted virtually or on-site (location dependent) at a mutually agreed time after the course).
- One (1) x 1-hour personalised 1:1 leadership coaching session per paid individual participant, focused on their specific leadership challenges in cultivating a blame-free environment (to be conducted virtually after the course), led by certified leadership coach and creator of the Blame-Free Revolution, Lauren Hart.

Course 3 may only be completed after the completion of Course 1 and Course 2, as Course 3 builds further on those foundations.
