This one-day course provides a comprehensive introduction to establishing and nurturing a blame-free culture within educational settings. Participants will explore the foundational principles, understand the detrimental effects of a blame-oriented environment, and discover how a culture of psychological safety can transform school communities.

    • The Power of Psychological Safety: Explore how creating an environment where staff feel safe to speak up about concerns, admit mistakes, and experiment leads to innovation and improved outcomes; including enhanced staff wellbeing and reduced attrition.
    • Identifying Blame Traps: Learn to recognise common patterns and language that perpetuate blame and hinder growth within schools.
    • Initial Steps to Culture Change: Discover actionable strategies for individual educators and leaders to begin fostering a more positive and productive school environment.
